
何敏,女,1984年9月出生,研究员,博士研究生导师,就职于长春中医药大学东北亚中医药研究院。2012年获国家留学基金委资助,公派荷兰莱顿大学攻读博士学位并进行博士后研究工作。2019年被长春中医药大学作为海外高层次人才全职引进。获国家人力资源和社会保障部中国留学人员回国创业启动支持计划资助、吉林省高层次C类人才、吉林省第七批拔尖创新人才、长春市生物医药产业高级研发人才、中国中医药研究促进会青年医师分会理事、吉林省睡眠研究会理事。是莱顿大学-欧洲中医药与天然产物研究中心成员,欧洲“中医药规范研究学会(GP-TCM RA)”成员。 担任Phytomedicine、Chinese Medicine、American Journal of Chinese Medicine等多个SCI期刊审稿专家。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目,国家人力资源和社会保障部中国留学人员回国创业启动支持计划项目,吉林省科技发展计划项目,吉林省预算内基本建设资金项目,长春市科技发展计划项目,参与973项目等国家及省部级课题十余项。何敏长期致力于传统中药和天然产物的研究工作,具有丰富的中药化学、中药分析和中药药理学研究经验。应用斑马鱼模式生物、代谢组学、基因组学、生物发光等前沿技术方法,开展中药活性成分的抗炎免疫调节功效与机制研究,针对炎症和免疫、损伤和修复等关键生物学问题探索具有替代激素药物潜力的传统医药解决方案,研发相关健康产品。开展传统中药的质量和活性研究,解析炮制前后中药性质和功效的变化规律。结合先进生物分析技术开展中医辨证诊断和针灸效应机制研究,发表SCI论文40余篇。与荷兰莱顿大学、俄罗斯国家科学院西伯利亚分院、乌兹别克斯坦国家科学院植物研究所、白俄罗斯国家科学院中央植物园的院士和专家团队建立了良好的国际科研合作。建立吉林省教育厅“斑马鱼中药功效评价吉林省校企联合技术创新实验室”。何敏带领学生团队获得2021年度中国国际“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛全国总决赛金奖,吉林省赛金奖,优秀指导教师。于2022年入选吉林省人社厅高端人才创新创业基金投资项目。于2023年带领学生团队获得工业和信息化部、财政部主办的第八届“创客中国”中小企业创新创业大赛全国500强,吉林省创客组三等奖。

长春中医药大学肇始于1950年成立的长春市立中医进修学校,前身是1958年成立的长春中医学院,2006年更名为长春中医药大学。学校是吉林省省属重点大学、国家中西部高校基础能力建设工程高校、吉林省人民政府和国家中医药管理局共建高校、吉林省特色高水平大学建设高校。
在长期的办学实践中,学校秉承“启古纳今,厚德精术”的校训精神,“多维、开放、经营”的办学理念,坚持以中医药为主,医、工、管、法、文等多学科协调发展,有一级学科博士后流动站2个,一级学科博士学位授权点3个,博士专业学位授权点1个,一级学科硕士学位授权点6个,硕士专业学位授权点7个。现有ESI全球前1%学科2个,吉林省高校世界一流学科培育计划立项建设学科1个,国家中医药管理局高水平中医药重点学科建设项目6个、重点学科19个,吉林省特色高水平学科4个,吉林省中医药管理局“十四五”中医药重点学科建设项目15个。
坚持引培并举,师资力量雄厚。拥有院士、国医大师、国家重大人才工程(项目)、全国名中医、全国百千万人才工程“有突出贡献中青年专家”、全国优秀教师、岐黄学者等国家级人才计划入选者73人(次)。有博士生导师186人,硕士生导师753人。获评“全国高校黄大年教师团队”1个,“全国高校思政课名师工作室”1个,“最美辅导员”1人。代谢病团队入选国家首批中医药多学科交叉创新团队。
坚持深化教育教学改革,培养一流中医药人才。现有全日制在校生14935名,其中本科生11226人,专科生151人,硕士研究生2941人,博士研究生490人,国际学生56人。本科专业25个,其中国家级一流专业建设点7个、省级16个,国家级特色专业建设点4个、综合改革试点专业1个,省级特色高水平专业8个、特色高水平专业(群)4个。有国家级人才培养模式创新实验区1个、虚拟教研室建设试点1个。获批国家级一流本科课程12门、课程思政示范课及教学团队1门(个)。附属医院入选国家级临床教学培训示范中心。主编规划教材120部,获评首届全国教材建设奖先进个人1人,首届全国教材建设优秀教材二等奖2项。获得国家级教学成果奖2项,吉林省教学成果特等奖1项。培养了以中国科学院仝小林院士等为代表的一批中医药领域领军人物。
坚持“四个面向”,开展有组织科研创新。“十四五”以来,承担国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金、国家社会科学基金等项目118项。“十三五”以来,取得高水平科研成果201项,获省科技进步一等奖、省社会科学优秀成果一等奖等科研奖励244项。现有吉林省人参科学研究院、东北亚中医药研究院、国家中药质量检测技术平台(北方)、国家现代中药国际科技合作基地等省部级以上科研平台112个。学校获得省级以上创新创业奖励384项,被教育部评为全国创新创业典型经验高校。
坚持社会服务,加强高端医疗资源建设。建有直属附属医院3所,其中三级甲等中医医院2所,三级综合医院1所;非直属附属医院10所。附属医院是首批国家临床研究基地,获批国家区域医疗中心输出医院,国家中医药传承创新工程建设单位,国家中医应急医疗队伍和国家疫病防治及紧急医学救援基地建设单位,获评全国援外医疗先进集体。附属医院党委获评“全国抗击新冠肺炎疫情工作先进集体”“全国抗疫先进基层党组织”。附属第三临床医院获批国家中医康复中心建设单位。
坚持文化传承创新,不断提升中医药国际化水平。创办《中医药历史与文化》集刊,打造传承创新中医药文化新载体。创新实施“优秀传统文化学习认证制度”,在全国中医药院校推广应用。获评全国文明单位、全国文明校园、国家大学生文化素质教育基地、全国中医药文化宣传教育基地、全国科普教育基地、全国中小学生研学实践教育基地、全国毕业生就业典型经验高校,社会知名度和影响力不断提升。学校是教育部首批接收和培养外国留学生及台港澳地区学生的高校之一,也是中国政府奖学金指定院校,构建了涵盖本科、硕士、博士的来华留学教育全周期培养体系,与16个国家和地区的高校、研究单位建立交流合作关系,承担国家中医药管理局东北亚中医药传播发展基地、中国-俄罗斯(莫斯科)中医药海外中心项目建设,获“中医药国际贡献奖-著作奖”1项。
