Personal Profile
陈士林,中国工程院院士,中国医学科学院学部委员,成都中医药大学首席教授、香港浸会大学荣誉教授、为教育部“长江学者和创新团队计划”创新团队负责人、中国质量协会中药分会会长。兼任日本东京药科大学客座教授。担任APSB、《药学学报》等刊副主编。在Nature,Nature Plants, Nature Communications等国内外期刊发表论文500余篇,论文被引用3.6万次,H指数88 (Google Scholar),入选Elsevier全球终身科学影响力榜单。荣获全国创新争先奖章。
长期从事中药研究,创建中药材生态适宜性与数值区划专业平台,从生态学角度解决我国中药材应该“在哪里种”的难题,2006年获国家科技进步二等奖。完成并编著《中国中药材产地生态适宜性数值区划》,避免中药材盲目引种栽培;创建了基于ITS2的中草药DNA条形码鉴定方法体系,完成专著《中国药典中药材DNA条形码标准序列》,从基因层面解决千百年来中药材物种真伪鉴定难题,开辟中药鉴定新领域,重点解决中药品质等影响临床用药安全有效的核心问题,被评为2016中国十大医学进展;创立“本草基因组学”学科,通过全基因组解析提出灵芝为首个中药基原药用模式真菌,被Nature China选为中国最佳研究亮点推介。完成并发表人参、丹参、赤芝、菊花、卷柏、穿心莲、紫芝、紫苏、黄连、红豆杉等药用植物全基因组图谱和相关组学研究,成功培育并获批31个中药材新品种证书或良种证书。主编《本草基因组学》并由科学出版社出版,列为全国高等医药院校规划教材;出版《药用植物分子遗传学》,奠定药用植物分子遗传学基础;获国家科技进步二等奖3项等。
以中医药传承创新为基础,团队现聚焦于人类全基因组泛受体与药物效应多样性之间的关系,提出“药靶同筛”中药研发新思路;致力于打造以GPCR为核心的人类全基因组泛受体中药筛选与评价平台;依托成都中医药大学高性能计算平台建立GPCR-omics数据库,通过多组学与大数据技术的协同应用助力高通量药物分子及相应GPCR筛选,致力于天然产物配体发现及药物评价。拟创新构建中药研发底层核心技术,依托药物筛选与评价平台解决产业核心问题。
